Audience analysis and development
At the outset of projects, I seek to segment audiences and establish motivations, expectations, needs and barriers to engagement. For clients such as Tower Bridge I have defined audience studies and analysed data from in-house and open-source reports, drawing conclusions to inform audience development. From segmentations I have developed strategies and activities for audience development and project activation to fulfil key objectives. Projects have included the Rebuilding the Foundations, National Lottery Heritage Fund and The Francis Crick Institute exhibition and outreach.
